Your department or school likely has a multi-function device or MFD. These devices enable you to print, scan, and copy all in one place. Some MFDs may be set up to fax, as well. Your local tech support staff should have your computer set up so that you can print to an MFD that is convenient.

Additional options such as secure print which requires you to log in at the MFD to print the file, fax or scan to email or Central File Storage, web-print to print from any device--including mobile, automatic reports and more are available! Talk with your tech support staff for additional information on these options.

Students are able to print to campus MFDs located in the Libraries and other common campus locations using funds added to their KU Card. In addition, some departments have additional printing capabilities for students in their programs.
