Technology Support Centers
The University has a hybrid support model, called the Technology Support Center or TSC model, which focuses on localized technical support teams that coordinate with staff centrally located at the Price Computing Center. You can find your technical support team by visiting tsc.ku.edu and searching by your department’s name. If your department is one of the few non-centrally managed units on campus, you should work with your tech support staff. The various ways to contact the TSC support staff are by phone, email, Skype for Business, or in-person. Additionally, you can submit a help ticket which will automatically be assigned to your support staff for follow up.
