Adobe Creative Cloud

Overview

KU has a licensing agreement with Adobe that provides Adobe Creative Cloud for faculty and staff at KU. You can access Adobe Creative Cloud on your KU-owned workstation and at home using your KU Online ID and password.

Under the KU licensing agreement with Adobe, you can install Creative Cloud on a maximum of two devices. This could include one KU owned workstation and one personal device.

We have workshops and provide desk-side support for the following apps:

Access

Faculty and Staff

Adobe Creative Cloud is available to faculty and staff at no cost in all centrally-managed public computer labs. Faculty and Staff can also access Adobe Creative Cloud on their KU-owned workstation and at home using their KU Online ID and password.

Opt-in for First-time Users

Employees accessing Adobe for the first time under the KU license must complete a one-time opt-in to the Adobe license by going to myidentity.ku.edu and select view licensing.

Under the KU licensing agreement with Adobe, faculty and staff can install Creative Cloud on a maximum of two devices.

Students

Adobe Creative Cloud is available to students at no cost in all centrally-managed public computer labs.

Students can purchase an Adobe Creative Cloud annual subscription at considerable discount off educational pricing through the KU Bookstore Tech Shop.

Free Access for Students: Opt-in

Students can opt-in to KU student licensing for select Adobe apps by going to myidentity.ku.edu. This option will give students free access to the following apps:
