Trio C60 Conference Phone
Overview
The Poly C60 is a Teams-enabled conference phone. There are 3 microphones that pickup to 20 feet and designed to suppress background noise. With Bluetooth, you can pair other Bluetooth devices.

Sign In and Out
Do not use the ‘Sign in on this device’ on the touchscreen. Use the code following the directions below.
Department Phone Sign In
Contact the Tech Support staff in your department to set up your department account.
Individual User Sign In
You will need to generate a code from the Trio C60 touchscreen to sign in to your Teams account. The sign in will be for an individual user, so all Calls information for that user will show on the touchscreen interface.
Get your code:
- Tap the Refresh code button on the touchscreen.
- From your computer or mobile device, go to the Microsoft Device Login page.
- Enter the generated code from the touchscreen.
- Choose your work account.
- Tap Continue from the Microsoft Authentication Broker message.
After a few seconds, your phone will begin actively connecting and will sign you into your Teams phone home screen.
To Sign Out
- Tap your Profile image in the top-right of home.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Sign out.
Accessibility
If you need assistance turning on the accessibility features on your phone, contact the Tech Support staff in your department.
To enable Accessibility features:
- Tap your profile image in the top-right of the home screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Device settings.
- Tap Accessibility.
- Tap toggle switch on to enable Accessibility Settings.
You will find the following features available:
- High Contrast Mode: Increases the color contrast in the local interface. Toggle on or off.
- Large Text: Increases the size of the text in the local interface. Tap Large Text to open size options.
- TalkBack: Built in screen reader that voices all visible elements to assist with navigating phone’s features. Contact the Tech Support in your department if you need assistance enabling this feature.
- TalkBack Tutorial is available once TalkBack feature is enabled.
- Color Correction: Adjusts colors to compensate for red-green or blue-yellow color blindness.
Place and Receive Calls
Place a Call
Once signed in, there are a few ways to make calls:
- Tap the touchscreen and use the number pad on the to dial out.
- Use Contacts:
- Tap the People tile on your home screen.
- Navigate to and select the contact you want to call.
- Tap their number.
- Use Recent calls:
- Tap the Calls tile.
- Tap Favorites or Recent from the top-right tab.
- Navigate to and tap the name you want to call.
- Tap the phone icon to call.
Receive Calls
When you receive an incoming call, your screen will show caller information and Decline and Accept buttons.
To answer the call, use one of the following:
- Tap the Speaker button.
- Tap the Headset button to answer through your headset.
- Tap the Decline or Accept button:
- Decline button sends calls directly to voicemail.
- Accept button picks up call through speaker or paired headphones.

Conference Calls
You must add one person at a time to create a conference call.
- Place a call to a contact.
- After the contact answers, select Add.
- Enter another contact’s number or select a contact from Contacts or Recent Calls.
The system adds the contact to the conference call after the contact answers.
Merge Calls
You can add a person who is on hold to a conference call by using the Merge feature:

Forward Calls
You can set up calls to be forwarded directly to your voicemail or select a contact or number to forward to another person in your absence or as needed.
- Tap your Profile image in the top-right of your screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Calling.
- Tap Call forwarding to toggle on the voicemail selection.
Continue with next steps to designate a contact. - Tap Forward to.
- Select Contact or number.
- Type name of person and select to designate.
To remove call forwarding tap Call forwarding to toggle off the selection.
You can also set up a Call group in your Teams app.
Unanswered Calls
Select If unanswered to choose what to do if call is unanswered. You can choose that unanswered calls go to voicemail or a designated contact to receive the unanswered.

Manage Delegates
You can assign delegates to receive and place calls on your behalf.
- Tap your Profile image in the top-right of your screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Manage delegates.
- Type name of delegate and select to add.
- Select preferences under Calling by tapping the toggle to switch on or off.
- Tap the checkmark in the top-right corner to save.
To remove delegate:
- Tap the name of the delegate to bring up Calling preferences.
- Select Remove delegate at the bottom of the options.
Transfer Calls
You can transfer calls directly to another user/department or you can use Consult before transferring.
Immediate Transfer
- While on an active call, select Transfer.
- From bottom-left corner, select Transfer now.

- Tap the number or name you entered.
Once the call transfers, the call will end for you.
Consult Before Transfer
When you use consultative call transfers, you can speak with the recipient and then manually complete the transfer.
- While on an active call, select Transfer.
- From bottom-left corner, select Consult first, which places the original caller on hold.

- When the recipient answers, provide the information, and confirm that they would like to take the call.
If Call is Accepted
Tap the Transfer icon to complete the transfer. This will end the call for you.
If Call is Declined
- Tap the End Call button to disconnect from the recipient.
- Tap Resume to speak to original caller.
Create or edit Contacts by selecting the People tile on your home screen.
Add New Contacts
- Tap the People tile on the Home screen.
- Tap the Plus sign to the right of the screen.
- Select Add from directory or Create new group.
Manage Existing Contacts
- Tap the People tile on the Home screen.
- Select the 3 dots at the top-right of the person's contact information.

Calendar
You can view your calendar, add meetings, and join online Teams meetings from your phone. From the home screen, select the Calendar tile.
- View calendar events.
- RSVP and join Teams meetings from the Join button on the invitation, just as you can in Outlook.
- Launch a new meeting by selecting the Meeting icon at the top-right of your screen.
You can change the meetings to reflect the organizers' names or the names of the meetings.
- Tap your Profile image in the top-right of your screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Meetings.
- Use toggle switch to show meeting names. When toggled off, only the organizer name will show.
Voicemail
Voicemail Set-up
To set up or change voicemail greetings or check voicemail:
- Tap your profile image or icon in the top-right of the home screen.

- Select Calling.
- Select Voicemail – Change voicemail greetings.
- The system will call voice-operated Menu directions. Follow the Menu prompts.
Notifications
If you have received a voicemail:
- The notification indicator above the screen will blink red.
- You will receive an email of the transcription (when possible) and an audio file of the message.
- The voicemail icon on your Poly screen will show a red dot on the top-right corner.
- Your voicemail will temporarily appear on home screen.

Check Voicemail
- Tap the voicemail tile on the home screen.
- Tap on the voicemail to bring up options.
- From here, you can:
- View transcript, if available.
- Listen to message.
- Return call.
- Delete.
You can also check your voicemail in your Teams Calls feature.
Lock & Unlock Phones
Consider locking your phone if you want to:
- Prevent unauthorized outgoing calls.
- Prevent people from viewing or modifying phone information, such as your directory, call lists, or favorites.
To limit access to your phone, set a phone lock PIN. The phone lock is activated after your phone sits idle for a set amount of time.
Note: You can only access the phone lock PIN menu while signed in to Microsoft Teams.
Procedure
- Go to Settings> Device Settings > Phone Lock.
- Tap the Enable Phone Lock switch to toggle on.
- Type in PIN, reenter PIN and tap OK.
- Select Timeout to set a time of inactivity to lock screen, if desired.

After you have set your PIN, you will have the option to change your PIN and toggle Phone Lock on or off.
